CLIENT BRIEF
The client's request was for transformation of an engineering workshop into a commercial office space for startup and small enterprises for 6 – 8 businesses.
The project delivered 8 standalone office units with individual metering, high speed broadband, access control, CCTV, communal spaces and meeting rooms that offer digital interaction and viewing.
IMPLEMENTATION NOTES
The initial client brief was exceeded with some tweaks and adjustments: resulting in a positive outcome where client expectations were exceeded.
In design and build there is a reliance on the professionalism of subcontractors, while keeping sight of the client's vision as the project evolves.
